Quick Lobster Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cups medium white sauce | ||
| 2-4-oz.cans lobster | ||
| 1/2 lb mild processed cheese | ||
| Sherry | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Dash paprika and grated cheese | ||
Directions
Make mediumwhite sauce, add cheese cut into small pieces, cook until cheese is melted.
Add sherry and lobster, pour into greased casserole, sprinkle withfcheese and paprika.
Bake in moderate oven 25-30 minutes.
