Quick Liver Pate Recipe

Ingredients

 Liver sausage1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
 Soft margarine2 Tablespoon
 Cream cheese2 Tablespoon
 Cream1 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
 Stuffed olives2 (For Garnish)
 Salt To Taste
 Freshly ground black pepper To Taste

Directions

Place the liver sausage in a bowl and blend in the margarine and cream cheese.
Stir in the cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Spoon into two individual dishes and smooth the tops.
Slice the olives and use to garnish the pate.
Serve with toast or bread rolls and tomatoes.
