Quick Indian Pudding Recipe
How can anyone not agree with me that this Quick Indian Pudding is simply delicious? The Indian Quick Indian Pudding is amazingly appetizing as a Dessert for meals. Is it you or the aroma of Quick Indian Pudding that you happen to be making that has dragged me in the direction of the kitchen?, were my partner's words.
Ingredients
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons cold milk
1/4 cup light molasses
2 cups milk, scalded
Directions
Combine all ingredients except scalded milk in a bowl.
Mix well and add the scalded milk gradually, stirring constantly.
Turn mixture into a double-boiler top.
Cook and stir over direct heat until mixture thickens.
Place, covered, over simmering water and cook 15 minutes.
Remove cover and cook 15 minutes longer.
