Quick Date Cake Recipe
Quick Date Cake is a simple and delicious cake that can be prepared in no time. I served it just last weekend and my family loved it. Follow this easy Quick Date Cake recipe, don’t miss it!
Ingredients
1 package (14 ounces) date bar mix
1/2 cup hot water
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Heat oven to 375°.
Grease baking pan, 8x8x2 inches.
Mix date filling and hot water.
Stir in crumbly mix, eggs, baking powder and nuts.
Spread in pan.
Bake about 30 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly with finger.
Cool.
Note: Recipe can be doubled and baked in greased baking pan, 13 X 9 X 2 inches.
