Quick Creamed Crab Recipe
Ingredients
| Crabmeat | 1 Pound, canned | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 teaspoons grated onjon | ||
| 1 small can mushrooms, button | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Hard boiled eggs | 3 , chopped | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Tabasco | 1 Dash | |
| 2 cups Thick Cream Sauce | ||
| 1 wine glass dry sherry | ||
| Grated cheese | ||
Directions
Mix all the ingredients with Thick'Cream Sauce.
Add the wine and pour into a greased casserole.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a moderate oven until sauce is bubbling and it is brown
