Quick Cranberry Apple Mold Recipe
Ingredients
| Raspberry strawberry package | 1 | |
| Sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Dash of ground cloves | ||
| Boiling water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ice | 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| Apple | 1 Medium, cut into wedges | |
| Cranberries | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine gelatin, sugar, spices, and boiling water in an electric blender container.
Cover; blend at low speed until gelatin is dissolved about 30 seconds.
Add crushed ice and blend at high speed until ice is melted about 30 seconds.
Measure out 3 cups of gelatin mixture and chill until thickened.
Add apple wedges and cranberries to the remaining gelatin in blender and blend at low speed until fruit is broken into pieces; stir into thickened gelatin.
Pour mixture into a 4 cup mold or individual molds and chill until firm about 1 hour.
Unmold.
