Quick Corn Chowder Mormon Style Recipe
|Cream||2 Can (10oz)|
|1 medium onion, cut in pieces|
|1 quart milk (or part half-and-half) Salt and pepper Whipped cream (optional)|
Whirl corn and onion in blender in batches until smooth. Combine blended mixture in saucepan with milk. Heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve piping hot with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
