Quick Corn Chowder Mormon Style Recipe

Ingredients
2 cans (16 ounces each) cream-style corn
1 medium onion, cut in pieces
1 quart milk (or part half-and-half) Salt and pepper Whipped cream (optional)
Directions
Whirl corn and onion in blender in batches until smooth. Combine blended mixture in saucepan with milk. Heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve piping hot with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
