Quick Coffee Cake With Crumb Topping Recipe
Ingredients
Flour- 1 1/2 cups, sifted
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Baking powder- 2 teaspoons
Salt- 1/2 teaspoon
Egg- 1
Milk- 2/3 cup
Shortening- 3 tablespoons, melted
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 425F degrees
MAKING
2.In a bowl, sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together
3.Beat in egg and add milk and shortening
4.Now stir in the liquids to the dry ingredients, mix properly to damp the flour
5.In a greased pan, pour the mixture and sprinkle with crumb topping
6.Finally bake in the oven for 25 minutes
