Quick Coffee Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 cups Swift'ning Make Your Own Mix | ||
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 , Well beaten | |
Directions
Blend Mix and sugar.
Combine milk and egg; stir into the dry ingredients and beat until well blended.
Rub Swift'ning on bottom of pan (9x9x2 inches).
Spread batter into pan.
Bake.
Baking temperature: 400° F.
Bake: About 25 minutes.
