Simple Cod On Kale Recipe Video
Dark greens are hands down one of the most nutrient packed ingredients you can add to you're meal, not to mention they're absolutely delicious! For this QuickBite, I cook up a simple piece of codfish, to top off a big pile of kale sautéed with raisins and pine nuts. Now as you'll see, after cooking up the kale I add my pine nuts and raisins, but I must admit...after filming this video I realized that by adding the pine nuts and raisins in with the garlic, it really helps to bring out their flavor a bit more, making this dish even more delicious. Either way you can't go wrong, so by all means, experiment a bit to see which you prefer!!
