Quick Coconut Macaroons Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups (7-oz. package) Baker's Fine Grated Coconut
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
Dash of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls, 1 inch apart, on greased baking sheets.
Bake in moderate oven (325°F.) about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from baking sheet at once.
