Quick Chocolate Mint Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 (6-ounce) package chocolate-covered mint patties
1/3 cup whipping cream
Vanilla ice cream
Directions
Combine patties and whipping cream in a 2-quart glass measure.
Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap.
Insert temperature probe through wrap so it rests on bottom of cup.
Set probe at 140°.
Microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) until temperature is reached (3 to 4 minutes), stirring twice.
Serve sauce over ice cream.
