Quick Chicken Divan Crepes Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 10 ounce package frozen chopped broccoli | ||
| Cream of chicken soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 2 cups cooked chicken, cut into small strips | ||
| 12 crepes | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.
Combine with soup, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup of the cheese, and chicken.
Divide mixture between crepes, roll up, and place in a shallow baking dish.
Combine mayonnaise with milk; spread over crepes.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese and broil until cheese bubbles.
