 Chopped celery1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onions2 Medium, chopped
 Butter3 Tablespoon
 Canned pimento1 Small, chopped
 Chicken2 Can (20 oz) (With Rice Soup)
 Cream of mushroom soup2 Can (20 oz)
 Chicken broth1 1⁄2 Can (15 oz)
 Canned mushrooms1 Medium
 Uncooked rice/Instant rice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chicken breast2 , diced (Cooked Boned)
 Slivered almonds1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Toasted)

Directions

Saute celery and onions in butter in skillet until onions are transparent but not brown.
Combine pi- mento, soups, broth, mushrooms, rice and chicken.
Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
Sprinkle almonds over each serving.
