Quick Chicken Chop Suey Recipe
Ingredients
| Chopped celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onions | 2 Medium, chopped | |
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Canned pimento | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Chicken | 2 Can (20 oz) (With Rice Soup) | |
| Cream of mushroom soup | 2 Can (20 oz) | |
| Chicken broth | 1 1⁄2 Can (15 oz) | |
| Canned mushrooms | 1 Medium | |
| Uncooked rice/Instant rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chicken breast | 2 , diced (Cooked Boned) | |
| Slivered almonds | 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Toasted) |
Directions
Saute celery and onions in butter in skillet until onions are transparent but not brown.
Combine pi- mento, soups, broth, mushrooms, rice and chicken.
Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
Sprinkle almonds over each serving.
