Quick Cheeseburger Chowder Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Potatoes | 2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled & cubed | |
| Celery | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Instant beef bouillon granules | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Shredded cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |

Directions
Drain off fat.
Stir in potatoes, celery, onion, green pepper, bouillon granules, 11/2 cups water, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Cover; cook 15 to 20 minutes or till vegetables are tender.
Combine 1/2 cup of the milk and the flour; stir into meat mixture.
Add remaining milk.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Add cheese; heat and stir just till cheese melts.
Garnish individual servings with additional shredded cheese, if desired.
