Quick Caramel Frosting Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 c. butter
1 c. (packed) brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 to 2 c. confectioners' sugar
Directions
Melt butter in 8-inch skillet; add brown sugar.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
Add milk; stir until mixture comes to a boil.
Remove from heat; cool.
Add confectioners' sugar gradually; beat well with spoon after each addition, until thick enough to spread.
Yield: Frosting for 9-inch square cake or two 8-inch layers
