Ingredients
1/3 cup vegetable oil 75 mL
1/4 cup Caesar Salad Mix 50 mL
3 tbsp lemon juice 45 mL
2 tbsp light mayonnaise 25 mL
1 tsp anchovy paste 5 mL
12 cups torn romaine lettuce 3 L
Directions
Whisk together oil, Caesar Salad Mix, lemon juice, mayonnaise and anchovy paste; toss with romaine in salad bowl.
