Quick Broccoli Casserole Recipe

| Onion | 1 Small, diced | |
| Green pepper | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cream of chicken soup | 1 Can (10 oz) | |
| Cooked rice | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Cheez whiz | 1 Small | |
| Evaporated milk | 1 Can (10 oz) | |
| Frozen chopped broccoli | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Thawed) |

Directions
1)In a skillet, heat butter and saute onion and green pepper.
2)Add rice, Cheez Whiz, milk and soup. Stir until Cheez Whiz is melted.
3)Take a casserole and put broccoli. Pour sauce.
4)Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
SERVING
5)Serve the quick broccoli casserole immediately.
