Quick Bread Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 cups dry bread cubes | ||
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Dash cinnamon and nutmeg | ||
Directions
Place bread cubes in glass dish.
Combine remaining ingredients in large glass measuring cup.
Cook on high (9) for 4 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently until mixture begins to thicken slightly.
Pour over bread cubes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Cook on medium (5) for 8 to 10 minutes, rotating dish twice.
Combine remaining ingredients in large glass measuring cup.
