Quick Beef And Frank Chili Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Frankfurters | 1 16 Ounce, sliced | |
| 2 16-ounce cans dark red kidney beans | ||
| 2 15-ounce cans tomato sauce | ||
| 1 28-ounce can tomatoes, cut up | ||
| Chili powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Bay leaf | 1 Large | |
| American Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Corn chips | ||
Directions
In Dutch oven cook ground beef till browned; drain off fat.
Stir in frankfurters, undrained kidney beans, tomato sauce, undrained tomatoes, chili powder, dry mustard, bay leaf, and 1 teaspoon salt.
Cover and simmer about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove bay leaf.
Serve in bowls; top individual servings with shredded american cheese, chopped onion, and corn chips.
