Quick Apricot Jam Recipe
This Quick Apricot Jam has been the easiest of all fruit jams I have ever made. Needless to say, this apricot jam recipe is also delicious enough to go with any of your favorite toasts, desserts, sweets etc.
Ingredients
| Sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Apricots | 2 Cup (16 tbs), stoned | |
| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Boil 1 cup sugar with water until it forms a soft ball in cold water.
Add 1 cup apricots, boil five minutes.
Add remaining sugar and apricots, boil 10 minutes.
Skim, pour into bowls or onto platter.
Let stand 24 hours, pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
This makes a small amount of jam, but is a quick method in emergency.
