Quick And Easy Dried Beef Casserole Recipe

| Elbow macaroni | 1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 3 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| 1/4 pound dried beef, cut into bite-size pieces | ||
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced | ||
Directions
Heat oven to 350°.
Cook macaroni use only half the amounts of water and salt.
Blend soup and milk.
Stir in cheese, onion, drained macaroni and dried beef; fold in eggs.
Pour into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover; bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
