Quick And Easy Cheddar Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup skim milk
Dash each Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and pepper
1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
2 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
In small saucepan combine skim milk and milk powder and heat to just below the boiling point; remove pan from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.
