Ingredients
| Skim milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dash each Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and pepper | ||
| 1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder | ||
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 2 Ounce, shredded | |
Directions
In small saucepan combine skim milk and milk powder and heat to just below the boiling point; remove pan from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.
