Quick & Easy Pork Tenderloins Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 6-8 oz. pork tenderloins | ||
| Low sodium soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground ginger | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Green onions | 4 Small, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| 1/2 T black pepper nonfat cooking spray | ||
Directions
Remove all visible fat from the pork.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Combine the soy sauce, ginger, green onions, garlic and pepper in a flat glass pan.
Dip each tenderloin into the soy ginger sauce and place in the grill.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of sauce over each tenderloin.
Grill for 4-6 minutes, or according to your preference.
