|Unflavored gelatin||1 Teaspoon|
|Low fat vanilla yogurt||16 Ounce (2 Cartons, 8 Ounce Each)|
|Chopped fruits||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Fresh Or Canned)|

Stir over low heat till gelatin dissolves.
Stir in yogurt and honey, then fold in fruit.
Spoon mixture into paper cups.
Cover each cup with a small piece of foil.
Cut a slit in the center of the foil, then push a stick through foil and into the mixture.
Freeze about 5 hours or till the mixture is firm.
To serve, let stand at room temperature about 10 minutes, then peel off the cups.
