Quick Vichyssoise Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Snipped parsley | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken bouillon cubes | 2 | |
| Light cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Packaged instant mashed potatoes | ||
| 1 4-ounce package whipped cream cheese with onion | ||
| Snipped chives | ||
Directions
Combine water, parsley, and bouillon cubes; bring to boiling; stir to dissolve cubes.
Remove from heat; add cream; stir in potatoes.
Cool at room temperature 15 minutes.
Add cheese; blend in blender till smooth.
Chill.
Garnish with chives.
