Ingredients

 Stew meat1 pound, browned
 Ground beef1 pound, browned
 Cabbage1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Spinach1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Broccoli1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Carrots1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Potatoes3 Medium, cubed
 Chicken broth1 Can (10oz)
 Tomato juice1 Can (10oz)
 Mushrooms (or any veggie you like) to fill the pot
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

1) Brown meats, do not drain. Add all other veggies, broth and juice.
2) Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for one hour.
