Quick Veggie Beef Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Stew meat | 1 pound, browned | |
| Ground beef | 1 pound, browned | |
| Cabbage | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Spinach | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Broccoli | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Carrots | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Potatoes | 3 Medium, cubed | |
| Chicken broth | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Tomato juice | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Mushrooms (or any veggie you like) to fill the pot | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
1) Brown meats, do not drain. Add all other veggies, broth and juice.
2) Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for one hour.
