Quick Vegetable Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups Onion-Tomato Sauce, thawed | ||
| Beef broth | 2 Can (10oz), undiluted | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Carrots | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Elbow macaroni | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine Onion-Tomato Sauce, broth, and water in large saucepan.
Heat to boiling.
Add carrots, celery, salt, and pepper.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Add macaroni.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes longer.
Correct seasonings.
