 Vegetable oil2 Teaspoon
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green bell pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Garlic1 Teaspoon, minced
 Garlic powder1/4 Teaspoon
 Ground veal10 Ounce
 Chili powder1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Oregano leaves1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground cumin1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt - Dash each
 Hot sauce - Dash each
 Crushed tomatoes1/2 Cup (16 tbs), canned
 Tomato Paste1 Tablespoon
 Canned pinto beans3 Ounce, drained

Directions

MAKING
1 In a medium saucepan, add oil and heat.
2 Add onion, green pepper, and garlic or garlic powder.
3 Saute, for about 5 minutes until onion is translucent.
4 Add veal, chili powder, oregano, cumin, salt, and hot sauce.
5 Stir constantly to break up the veal.
6 Cook for about 3 minutes until the veal loses its pink color.
7 Add crushed tomatoes and tomato paste; cook, stirring occasionally, for another 5 minutes.
8 Stir in beans and cook until heated, about 5 minutes.

SERVING
9 Serve hot.
