1 16 ounce can (2 cups) macaroni and cheese
1 6 1/2 or 7-ounce can tuna, drained and flaked
1 8-ounce can peas, drained
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 medium tomatoes
Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients and dash pepper; chill.
With stem ends down, cut tomatoes into 6 wedges, cutting to, but not through, bases.
Spread wedges apart slightly.
Chill tomatoes.
Season insides with salt; fill with tuna mixture
