Eggs - 6, hard-boiled
 
Thousand Island salad dressing - 1/4 cup
 
Fresh or dried parsley, pimiento, or finely chopped green pepper for garnish, if desired

Directions

1) Cut 6 hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
2) Mash yolks and blend in 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing.
3) Refill hollowed-out egg whites.
4) Garnish with fresh (or dried) parsley, pimiento, or finely chopped green pepper, if desired.
5) Place in a nice arrangement on a serving dish.
