Quick Fix Turkey And Rice Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken broth | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 teaspoon snipped fresh rosemary or 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed | ||
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 10-ounce package frozen mixed vegetables | ||
| 1 cup instant white rice | ||
| 2 cups chopped cooked turkey or chicken | ||
| 1 l4 1/2-ounce can tomatoes, cut up | ||
Directions
In a large saucepan or Dutch oven combine broth, water, rosemary, and pepper.
Bring to boiling.
Stir in mixed vegetables and rice.
Return to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables and rice are tender.
Stir in turkey or chicken and undrained tomatoes.
Heat through.
