Quick Swedish Rye Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 13 3/4 -ounce package hot roll mix | ||
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Rye flour | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Molasses | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Caraway seed | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Prepare hot roll mix according to package directions, using 2 eggs.
Stir in rye flour, brown sugar, molasses, and caraway seed.
Let rise according to package directions.
Turn out on floured surface, tossing lightly to cover dough with flour.
Divide dough in half; shape in loaves.
Place in two greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch baking dishes.

Bake in a moderate oven (350°) about 30 minutes.
