Quick Spinach Saute Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1/8 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Spinach leaves - 6 ounces, washed well and drained | ||
| Salt - a dash | ||
| Pepper - a dash | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a 10-inch skillet and heat oil in it.
2) Sauté garlic in it just until it begins to turn golden.
3) Mix in spinach, salt, and pepper and cook the mixture for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until spinach is cooked well.
SERVING
4) Serve hot.
