 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 2 tablesp. butter, margarine, fat, or salad oil
 Pork shoulder1/4 Pound, chopped
 1/4 lb, chopped beef neck or chuck
 Tomatoes1
 3 tablesp. canned tomato paste
 1 bay leaf, broken up
 Parsley1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Peppercorns2 To taste, crushed
 Dash nutmeg
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Granulated Sugar3/4 Teaspoon
 Spaghetti6 Ounce
 Parmesan cheese1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated

Directions

Saute onion and garlic in the butter in a skillet until golden brown.
Add meats, and saute until lightly cooked.
Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese.
Simmer, uncovered, 45 min.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti tender, and drain as in Boiled Spaghetti, Arrange in a serving dish pour sauce over all.
Pass the cheese.
