Quick Spaghetti with Chopped Meat Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 2 tablesp. butter, margarine, fat, or salad oil | ||
| Pork shoulder | 1/4 Pound, chopped | |
| 1/4 lb, chopped beef neck or chuck | ||
| Tomatoes | 1 | |
| 3 tablesp. canned tomato paste | ||
| 1 bay leaf, broken up | ||
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Peppercorns | 2 To taste, crushed | |
| Dash nutmeg | ||
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Granulated Sugar | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Spaghetti | 6 Ounce | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in the butter in a skillet until golden brown.
Add meats, and saute until lightly cooked.
Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese.
Simmer, uncovered, 45 min.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti tender, and drain as in Boiled Spaghetti, Arrange in a serving dish pour sauce over all.
Pass the cheese.
