Quick Smoked Fish Pate Recipe
Ingredients
| Smoked mackerel or Trout fillets - 225 grams, flaked | ||
| Natural yogurt | 150 Gram | |
| Margarine | 50 Gram | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dried dill | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Chives | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Horseradish sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 | |
Directions
MAKING
1) To make a textured pare, put all the ingredients in a bowl and use your hands to mix together well.
2) Put the mixture in a container and chill till it is required.
3) In order to make a smooth pate, mix together all the ingredients with a hand blender or food processor. Chill till required.
SERVING
4) Serve the pate as a side dish. Goes really well with melba toast.
