Ingredients

 4 ounces salt pork, cut in 1-inch cubes
 Pork and beans2 1 pound
 Catsup1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Brown sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon

Directions

Brown salt pork in skillet; drain.
In 2-quart bean pot, combine remaining ingredients.
Top with salt pork.
Bake uncovered on grill of hickory-smoker with hood down, 1 hour or longer.
