Quick Smoked Beans Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 ounces salt pork, cut in 1-inch cubes | ||
| Pork and beans | 2 1 pound | |
| Catsup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Brown salt pork in skillet; drain.
In 2-quart bean pot, combine remaining ingredients.
Top with salt pork.
Bake uncovered on grill of hickory-smoker with hood down, 1 hour or longer.
