Quick Shrimp Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Shrimps | 6 Ounce, frozen | |
| Mayonnaise | ||
| Lettuce | ||
| Tomatoes, cucumber, lemon - for garnishing | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. To shell the fish, put it in hot water for 1 minute as the shells will come out easily. If you are using frozen prawns or shrimps, let it defrost very gradually.
MAKING
2. In a bowl take mayonnaise.
3. Add shellfish. Toss it well.
SERVING
4. On a bed of lettuce, take the tossed shellfish in mayonnaise. To serve Shrimp Salad, garnish with tomatoes, cucumber and lemon.
