Quick Seafood Newburg Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 envelopes sherry wine sauce mix | ||
| Frozen shrimp | 1/2 Pound, thawed | |
| Crab meat | 1/2 Pound, frozen | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Rice | ||
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Paprika | ||
| Sherry | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Prepare wine sauce as directed on envelope; add shrimp and crab meat and stir gently until well heated.
Add salt and pepper; add Worcestershire sauce a little at a time.
Serve over rice.
Garnish with finely chopped pars ley and paprika.
