Quick Saute Recipe Video

On eventfulyear we are going to learn a quick saute recipe. Along with the recipe we also get a couple of tips on how to saute perfectly because the veggies should not burn in a saute. Here, I have used leftover pork but you can use just about any meat of your choice. Quick Saute dish can b served with rice and is a quick meal to serve when you have very less time for preparing your meal.

Ingredients

 
2 tbsp oil or butter
 
2 cups chopped onion
 
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
 
1 tbsp minced garlic
 
2 cups of leftover pork roast or any other cooked meat
 
Salt to taste
 
1 tsp Italian spice mix

Directions

1. In a pan add oil or butter. Keep the temp low.
2. Add the onions and saute for a minute.
3. Add pepper and mix.
4. Throw in the garlic.
5. Cook down a little bit.
6. Add the meat.
7. Add a pinch of salt and Italian spice mix.
8. Stir and serve.
