Quick Sausage And Chicken Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1 chicken cut in pieces or 2 packages chicken legs
1 pound small yellow onions
1 cup mushrooms
1 red and 1 green pepper
12 small sliced sausages
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
3 ounces heavy cream
Directions
1. Fry all ingredients separately. Combine everything in a casserole and add some water if necessary.
2. Season with salt, freshly ground pepper, and paprika. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
