| Strawberry jam | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Walnuts | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Cinnamon | 1 1/2 Teaspoon |
Directions
1. Thaw puff pastry according to package directions. Sprinkle a work surface with 1/2 cup sugar and top with puffpastry. Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar over pastry. Roll out into an 11 x 14-inch rectangle. 2. Using a sharp knife or a pizza wheel, cut pastry lengthwise into 3 strips, each about 3 1/2 inches wide; cut crosswise into 5 strips, each about 3 inches long to form 15 rectangles. Cut each rectangle in half diagonally into triangles.
3. Beginning at wide end, roll each triangle toward point, forming a crescent shape. Repeat with remaining dough. Place, point sides down, 1 inch apart on 2 baking sheets, preferably insulated, lined with parchment paper or foil. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 15 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove to a wire rack and let cool completely.
