 Pie shell1 8 inch, baked
 Swiss Cheese4 Large, cut into strips
 Eggs2
 Light cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Nutmeg1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper red1 Pinch

Directions

Place strips of cheese in pie shell.
Beat eggs with a fork; add cream and seasonings, blending well.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake 5 minutes in a 450° oven.
Reduce heat to 400° and bake 5 to 10 minutes more, or until firm.
