Quick Pudding Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
1 package (4-serving size) Instant Pudding and Pie Filling, any flavor
1 cup all-purpose biscuit mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 tablespoons water
Directions
Combine pudding mix and biscuit mix in medium bowl.
Stir in oil, egg and water, blending well.
Drop from teaspoon 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in preheated 375° oven for about 12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Remove from baking sheets and cool on wire racks.
Store in tightly covered container.
