Quick Preserves Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen fruit package | 2 , thawed | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Powdered fruit pectin | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Prepare jelly glasses .
In covered saucepan, cook fruit and lemon juice over high heat 2 minutes.
Stir in pectin; heat to rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Add sugar; heat to rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Remove from heat; immediately skim off foam.
Fill glasses and seal and store . (Or store covered in the refrigerator no longer than 2 months.)
