Quick Potato Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced (raw) | |
| Onion | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Boiling water | 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs) | |
| Butter stick/Margarine | 1⁄2 | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄8 Teaspoon |
Directions
In pot add potatoes and onion to boiling water; cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Blend in milk, butter and seasonings.
Cook until heated.
