Quick Potato Chowder Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 8 Ounce, peeled | |
| Carrots | 4 Ounce, scraped | |
| Piece celery | ||
| Onion | 1 , peeled | |
| 1 1/2 pints stock or water | ||
| Bacon rashers | 2 | |
| Seasoning | ||
| Grated cheese | ||
| Chopped watercress | ||
Directions
Grate all the vegetables, and cook in the stock or water for 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile dice and fry the bacon.
Add to the well seasoned soup and garnish with cheese and chopped watercress.
