Ingredients

 1 tomato, peeled and chopped
 Chopped onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), frozen
 Curry powder2 Teaspoon
 Butter/Margarine1 Tablespoon
 1 10 1/2-ounce can condensed golden mushroom soup
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 1/2 to 2 cups cubed cooked pork
 Dairy sour cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Hot cooked rice

Directions

Cook tomato, onion, curry, and 1/4 teaspoon salt in butter till onion is tender.
Stir in soup and milk.
Add pork; simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream; heat through, but do not boil.
