Quick Pineapple Mousse Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 can chopped pineapple
1 dessertspoon powdered gelatine cherries and angelica
To decorate
2 eggs
1-2 dessertspoons castor sugar
3 dessertspoons water
Directions
Dissolve the gelatine in the very hot water.
Put the pineapple, juice from can, sugar and egg yolks in a basin over hot water, beat together for about 5-10 minutes until creamy.
