Quick Pear Torte Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 stick piecrust mix, finely crumbled
1 cup snipped dried pears
1/2 cup snipped pitted dates
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Directions
In small mixer bowl cream sugar and butter or margarine.
Beat in eggs and vanilla till blended; stir in crumbled piecrust mix.
Add snipped dried pears, dates, and walnuts.
Turn mixture into greased 8x8x2-inch baking dish.
Bake at 325° till done, 40 to 45 minutes.
